Just because we can’t get together, doesn’t mean we can’t be together. Here at Brooklyn Boulders, we have crafted engaging experiences, on and off the wall, for over a decade. So if you find yourself missing the calluses on your hands and the chalk dust on your door knobs, you’re not alone. Really.
We hear you and we’re here for you, our team of fitness instructors, climbing coaches, board game junkies, amateur chefs and more, are working to keep our community happy and healthy in these unprecedented times.
Our main goal is keeping our community moving and connected. With millions of families impacted by medical bills and job loss, we’re grateful to be able to offer our programming free of charge. First BKB Live class?
You’ll need to create an account (even if you’ve been to BKB before)
Classes will be operated through Zoom.
After scheduling, you will receive an email confirmation with information about getting set-up for the class. One hour prior to class you will receive a second email with a unique link to join the live session.

Hack Your Core with Sasha DiGiulian & Brendan Killian
Mindful breath practice integrated into core strength progressions for the modern adventurer. Featuring professional climber, Sasha DiGiulian, and her climbing coach, Brendan Killian.
BKBX+: Breathe, Stretch & Surrender with Jeff Siegel
In this 45-minute class, Jeff Siegel leads us through 35 minutes of stretches and foam rolling to wake up the body, release tension, and aid recovery. The class wraps up with a 10-minute meditation to bring a little calm, peace, and connection to your day.
BKBX+: HIIT Workout with Jillian Barnes
Get a 60-minute sweat in at home with BKBX Coach, Jillian Barnes, as she takes you through 4 HIIT stations.
BKB Game Night
Every Friday at 6pm EST

Every week you can play along in a different Jackbox or other party games with other members of the BKB community, hosted by OG member Hussayn Meghji.
