At Brooklyn Boulders we’ve redefined the one-on-one training experience. Whether you’re a die-hard climber, beginner or someone who prefers a purely fitness focused-approach, our unique team of certified trainers and climbing coaches can tailor a program that works for you.

Our style of hybrid training means that if you purchase a multi-session package, YOU get to decide how you want to spend your training time. Mix it up. Work with a climbing coach one session, work with a certified personal trainer the next. Hybridize your approach and let us show you the best way to put our facilities to use.

Don’t let the traditional notion of personal training stand in your way, working one-on-one with a trainer or coach can improve your climbing, your fitness, your well-being, and push the performance of both the present and future you.

COMPLIMENTARY CLIMBING OR FITNESS CONSULTATION

30-45 Minute Session

Our Climbing or Fitness Consultations are tailored 1:1 sessions with either a climbing coach or certified personal trainer that evaluate your holistic fitness level, help us understand your physical potential and, ultimately, recommend a training regimen that will help you reach your goals.

Who Should Take It

Anyone who wants to know their climbing or fitness performance baseline and how improve it – whether to be a better climber, work on imbalances in the body, or increase strength and flexibility.

Climber Power Hour

Looking for a serious climbing workout? We got you covered. Climber Power Hour is a 60-minute fitness class that employs aspects of climbing training in an energetic group environment. Join us as we work through different training methodsfor both bouldering and rope climbingto get you closer to achieving your climbing and fitness goals.

(All levels welcome)

Bootcamp for Climbers

Expect a well-rounded hour of partner-based power in Bootcamp for Climbers. This high-energy circuit conditioning class uses a blend of body weight movements alongside climbing and fitness equipment. The class is divided into stations focused on strength, stability, agility, and cardio, with an emphasis on climber-specific movements.

Climber Core

This mat-based classgeared specifically to the needs of a climber and anyone else looking to develop a monster corestrengthens your abs and back muscles for improved posture and performance (on and off the wall). Climber Core integrates concepts from pilates, yoga, and climbing into a circuit training program designed to help you build core endurance, stay healthy, and climb stronger.

Yoga for Climbers

This is the perfect cross-training complement for those whose eyes are set on the vertical prize. Together we’ll flow from pose to pose while enhancing mobility, lower body strength, balance, and core. Challenge yourselfmentally and physicallyas you breathe through a balanced practice of deep stretching and strengthening. We’ll provide the matsjust come with with an open mind.

Level Up V2-V3

For beginner to intermediate climbers looking to take their technique to the next level. Includes: Two 90-minute classes, 1:6 instructor to student ratio.
