Group Exercise classes are included with Membership, and cost an additional $5 for Day Pass visitors. These classes are 60 minutes in length unless otherwise noted. Please arrive early to find a space in class. Yoga mats are available for rent at the front desk.
A 30 minute core workout to break up your day. Lee utilizes tabata style training as well as partner based exercises.
Bootcamp is a high-energy circuit conditioning class utilizing dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, battle ropes, climbing, body weight and whatever else we can think of. Participants can expect a well rounded hour of power. The class will be divided into stations involving strength, stabilization, agility, and cardio with a focus on climber-specific progression. Open to all fitness levels.
Intro to Climbing
Take the intimidation out of our walls. Coaching in a small-group setting with a 1:9 maximum ratio where you’ll be introduced to the foundations of climbing technique, how to navigate the walls, and meet new climbers. Includes gear.
Learn the Ropes
Before you get on a wall, you’ll need to learn the basics. Learning to belay will allow you to top rope and access more of the facility. You’ll learn how to properly fit yourself in a harness, tie correct knots, manage the rope for another climber (known as belaying), basic climbing movement, and risk management. Includes gear and a complimentary day pass to return for belay certification.
Learn to Lead
Learn to Lead is a comprehensive and in-depth course on lead climbing for those looking to increase their knowledge and refine their skills. All required gear is provided for this class. You’ll learn to lead belay and lead climbing skills and techniques, rope handling, risk management, and how to fall. Climbers should know how to top rope belay and be comfortable climbing 5.9 before taking Learn to Learn.
Level Up: V2- V4
After mastering Intro to Climbing, the next step is to Level Up! Our climbing class offers small group coaching for climbers in the V2- V4 bouldering range. You’ll learn how to move smarter and more efficiently on the wall to complete your projects. Get stronger, together.
Geared specifically to the training needs of the serious climber or anyone looking to develop a monster core, this intense class strengthens the spine, abs, quads and back for better body tone, balance and performance. Using anti-rotation and twist exercises from pilates and yoga, static hold exercises from competitive sports, core techniques from acrobatics and a wide range of circuit training exercises, this class will give you the tools to climb stronger, last longer and reduce your chance of injury.
Climber Warm Up
This essential class for climbers is designed to help reduce injuries by warming up muscles important to climbing, increasing your heart rate, body temperature and synovial fluid in joints. It also incorporates foam rolling to increase blood flow and the pliability of tight muscles.
Yoga for Climbers – Open Level
This class is the perfect complement to climbing. Challenging both your physical and mental self, this class flows from pose to pose, emphasizing stretching and strengthening the muscle groups you use most in climbing as well as their complementary counterparts. All levels are welcome. Please come with an open mind, a mat and with enough time to find a spot in the yoga room.
It moves quickly: Power 45 is definitely an intense workout that will make you sweat for 45 minutes. We start with a brief integration, then get right into an action-packed Vinyasa flow before a short Savasana. Uptempo music makes this class the most fun 45 minutes of your day!

This one hour class will teach you how to properly warm up your body through mobility, give you a tough and smart HIIT workout, and help your body recovery through compensation techniques. You’ll walk away feeling great and accomplished.
This class is perfect for someone new to Vinyasa, a type of yoga where you coordinate breath and movement while flowing from one pose to the next. This class moves slowly with step-by-step instructions on all the beginning poses.
Intermediate / Advanced Vinyasa Yoga
This powerful practice will move through a variety of challenging postures while strengthening your mind and body, improving balance and turning stress into sweat.
Open Level Deep Stretch
This yoga class is meant to target the areas of the body that hold the most tension: hips, hamstrings, lower/upper back, shoulders and neck. Class will begin with a slow warming flow for the body, and then progress into a set of deep stretches to release tension, promote alignment, increase joint mobility, and improve flexibility. This class is open to all levels and will leave the body feeling spacious and more at ease.
