Brooklyn Boulders is offering a new yoga series, restorative yoga, on Sundays at 6pm. Give your body and mind a tranquil awareness: quieting down the mind, relaxing the muscles, and joining them within the peace of your deep breaths and the opening and closing of your body.
Recalibrate. Restore your energy and focus: we will be utilizing props, breath, asana poses, and patience for clarity, creativity, and becoming more present.
No yoga experience needed– dress for comfort. It may get chilly, so please bring socks and a fleece!
