Strength is a skill. Develop yours.

Strength is a principle that has been around forever. There is a reason ancient warriors such as the Spartans, Romans, and the Samurai worshipped strength. It’s the principle that allows all other principles to happen. Just like any skill, it must be practiced repetition over repetition over repetition. You don’t have to reinvent the wheel. Ask someone who has done what you wish to accomplish and then practice obsessively. This will translate into climbing, weight lifting, and everything else in life. Think of strength as neural development, not muscular development and earn the benefits of function and form.
