July Sunday High | Dimensions Of Movement

Jun 30, 2015Brooklyn Boulders

Learn to move like Mick Jagger Sunday July 12 in Kathleen Shea’s Dimensions of Movement workshop!
She’ll help you find the balance between shifting weight, joint rotation, and level changes to hone your climbing skills and the harmony of every day hustling.
Based on the material of Laban Movement Analysis and Bartenieff Fundamentals, this workshop is designed to give you more dimensions of movement to explore as you climb and in your day-to-day life.  We will use functional as well as creative approaches to rediscover basic actions that our bodies can do.
