Common Hands Farm CSA Back at BKB!

Apr 05, 2015Brooklyn Boulders

After you’ve finished working the walls, taking a yoga or technique class, you can pick up you post-climbs kale and veggies on the way out to go home and cook a delicious and energizing meal.

By joining a CSA, you buy a share of the farm’s bounty upfront in the early spring. This supports small organic farms, enabling farmers to have access to capital in the early spring season when it would not otherwise be available.  Farmers use this money to buy seed, equipment, and other supplies to ensure a successful season. CSA members not only help fund the farm in the early season but they become an integral part of the farm’s purpose, and they are a driving force in the local food movement.

Pick-ups will be on Tuesday evenings at Brooklyn Boulders from 6-8pm.  There are Full and Half shares available to guarantee either a weekly or bi-weekly pick up.

  • Full Shares: $615
  • Half Shares $375
  • Full Fruit and Egg $ 280
  • Half Fruit and Egg $140
