Atomik Bombs for Pinch Strength

Here’s a quick tip to change up your training sessions with Atomik Bombs:
1. Take an Atomik Bomb and attach it to a dumbbell.
2. Now instead of hanging from it, try gripping it from the top and lifting.
3. Repeat. Increase pinch strength.
