Favorite Workout: Anything that has to do with me being upside down.
Hobby: Music inspires me.  I like to listen to music.  I listen to all types, depending on how i’m feeling at the moment.  My favorite genre is 90’s hip hop.
What drives him: I have worked with clients from all walks of life.  I host workshops for new trainers and coach them on how to be successful.  To have the ability to influence people on a daily basis, to to promote a healthier lifestyle and strive to make progressions in life is all the success I need.

That applies to all aspects of life and not just fitness. I use that message to push myself harder each day to better myself in multiple areas. I use fitness to promote good health, well being, mobility and a positive lifestyle, looking better is just a likely side effect.
